Women commonly carry beliefs around self-sacrifice, worthiness and the duty to care for others before themselves. These beliefs often originate from maternal lineage: watching your mother exhaust herself for the family, being told that "good girls don't complain," or absorbing the cultural expectation that women should be selfless.   2. Deconstruction โ€” Systematically identifying each layer of the belief system: core belief, supporting beliefs, trapped emotions, programming and faulty identities
  3. Release โ€” Clearing each component using the Belief Code protocol and magnetic energy
  4. Replacement โ€” Installing a new, positive belief that you actively choose (e.g., "I deserve rest and abundance")
